  Kenda’s road-specific dual compound blends traction and speed. R2C tires contain rubber with two different Shore-A measurements, the center compound is 70sA, for rolling speed, while the shoulders utilize a tacky 60sA compound for increased confidence in corners. Compared to R3C it is lighter but has a slightly higher rolling resistance.

  Endurance 1 (END1)

  MAXIMUM PROTECTION FOR MINIMUM ADDED WEIGHT The pinnacle of dual layer flat protection, the Endurance 1 construction is Kenda’s highest protection level for road tires, layering a full sheet, with bead to bead protection, of K-Armor on a 120tpi casing. Which is then topped it off with another layer of K-Armor as a secondary sub-tread breaker under the tread compound. True double layer protection at the tread with a single layer guarding the sidewalls will protect for mile after mile.
