We ship orders through reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

The choice of courier partner may vary depending on the delivery location, product size, and service availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days across India, depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, operational delays, or remote delivery locations.

For certain products, special orders, or oversized items, the delivery timeline may differ and will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.

Please note that the above delivery timeline is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the checkout page before completing the order.

Any applicable shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or defective product was shipped.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Incorrect PIN code

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier companies usually attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or non-response, the shipment may be returned to us as Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases, forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status through the courier partner’s website.

8. Damaged Packages During Delivery

If the outer package appears tampered with or severely damaged, customers are advised to record a clear unboxing video from the sealed state while opening the parcel.

Any claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video as mentioned in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Lost Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

Once the courier confirms that the shipment is lost, we will either:

  • send a replacement product, or
  • issue a refund at our discretion.
