Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The product received is defective or not functioning as intended.
• The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Customer ordered the wrong product, size, or variant
• Product has been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Missing original packaging or accessories
• Return request made after the allowed reporting period

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

4. Refused Deliveries / Return to Origin (RTO)

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of their orders.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, or returned due to:

• refusal to accept delivery
• incorrect or incomplete address
• customer unavailable at delivery
• failure to respond to courier

the shipment will be treated as Return to Origin (RTO).

In such cases:

• Forward shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Payment gateway or transaction fees may also be deducted.
• Refunds will only be processed after the product is received back and inspected.

Stay Tuned Bikes reserves the right to decline refunds in cases of repeated delivery refusals or suspected misuse of the ordering system.

5. Return Process

If your product qualifies for return or replacement:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide order details along with photos or videos showing the issue.
3. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for the return process.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed if the claim is approved.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

• the wrong product was shipped
• the product was damaged during transit
• the product was defective on arrival

8. Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold on staytunedbikesonline.in are covered under manufacturer warranty.

In such cases, customers may be required to contact the manufacturer or authorized service center directly for warranty claims.

However, we will assist customers in facilitating the warranty process whenever possible.

9. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package received from us.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed courier package before opening
• The shipping label on the parcel
• The complete unboxing process
• The product received inside the package

This video will serve as mandatory evidence in case of claims related to:

• Missing items
• Damaged products
• Incorrect product received

No claims regarding missing items, damaged products, or incorrect items will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

10. Policy Updates
